MEET OUR FOUNDER
A Newport Beach native, Nikki Martin founded Via Lido Design with a clear vision: to create refined, design-driven environments executed with construction-level precision. As a design–build principal, she personally guides each project from concept through completion, ensuring every detail is considered and every decision aligns with the greater vision.
A graduate of the University of San Diego, Nikki’s background in operations and executive marketing shaped her disciplined approach to complex projects. Her experience as a licensed realtor sharpened her ability to recognize architectural potential and long-term value—insight that informs the thoughtful transformations she leads today.
Her work spans full-scale residential remodels and bespoke interior projects, defined by elevated materials, tailored solutions, and timeless restraint. Each home is approached as a collaboration, resulting in spaces that feel sophisticated, intentional, and distinctly personal.
